It was my first surgery, so I had a very thorough consultation. The director first asked what my complex was and accurately pinpointed what I was worried about. They also realistically told me that things like the shape of my nostrils and the amount of tissue inside my nose were unlikely to turn out exactly the way I had imagined, which they had not even mentioned at other hospitals.
