It was the first clinic I went to after just looking into things online, and the manager was so kind that I felt much more at ease. Then I met the doctor, who was cool but told me honestly what surgery I needed for my nose, which felt trustworthy. He was also a bit amusing, so I was able to have a relaxed consultation. But it didn't suit me because I had gone in thinking I wanted no implants, so that was disappointing
