The consultation manager and the director were all kind. First of all, the consultation manager didn't push or over-recommend anything, and actually tried to hold me back The director also didn't push anything too much and spoke honestly. It was my first time getting a professional nose consultation, so even after the consultation I still didn't really know what was what, but my impression of the hospital after the consultation is good.
