I had nose surgery when my weight hit 70. Maybe because my face got bigger from the fat, or because they designed the nose for a large facial area, during the consultation they didn’t even tell me how many millimeters they would put in. But after the surgery was over, 5 mm had been inserted ㅠ From the front, it doesn’t look bad. I was told it looked pretty a lot, but from the side, it is exactly a straight nose.. I’m dieting now, and as soon as I lose weight to my target weight, I’m going straight to get revision rhinoplasty..
