It’s been 7 years since my nose surgery, and I had cartilage plus silicone. Originally I was only going to have cartilage, but it was decided suddenly right before surgery to add silicone too. But after I lost weight, my nose became too sharp and high. I don’t know whether that’s good or bad. Personally, I prefer something natural, but people around me say it looks pretty.
