As a result, I probably would have gotten a better result if I had followed the director's opinion, but even now, a year and a half later, the change is subtle enough that other people do not notice it, but enough that I personally can tell the before and after are different, so I am satisfied.
I was also worried during the surgery because there was no CCTV, but the time when I was unconscious was very short, and the rest was done under light sedation, so I could hear the progress of the procedure.
