It's my first surgery, so I don't have basic knowledge, and I'm just going around to several places for consultations because I want to hear about them first. Among the places I consulted, this didn't feel like a factory with AI-like answers and recommendations. The director seemed very experienced, having operated on and consulted on a variety of cases. They explained in advance the basic questions people usually ask, and when I later asked additional things I was curious about, they answered while looking at my nose in the mirror. Because of that, the consultation took longer than I expected (for reference, there wasn't much waiting time). The facilities were also stylish and clean, and the distance from my home wasn't burdensome, so personally I liked it.
