Recommended from the perspective of someone who was getting a contouring consultation for the first time. Since I had never even had one consultation for plastic surgery, for the first consultation, the key wasn't getting information but getting a feel for it. So I didn't come very prepared, but the director consulted with me more specifically than I expected, which helped a lot. And maybe because the hospital's system is very well organized, for someone like me who was fumbling through the first consultation, I felt no anxiety, which was nice.
