I went for in-person consultations without knowing much about the surgery, but the director explained things clearly in an easy-to-understand way, which helped a lot. In the early stage after surgery, I couldn’t really tell because of the swelling and bruising, but as time passed and the swelling went down, my impression looked much softer and more feminine, so I feel like the surgery was successful and I’m pleased! haha
