Day 3 Review

After thinking about it for 10 years, I finally went through with it!!! My surgery was at 4 p.m., so I went to the hospital 1 hour before the surgery time, changed clothes, took photos, signed the consent form, and lastly met the director, had the design done, and went to the operating room. Without realizing it, my whole body was trembling.. I was so scared..ㅠㅠ The consultant and the operating room teachers comforted me, saying it would be okay, but.. I guess fear can’t be helped, because I couldn’t hear anything they said;; I entered the operating room trembling like that. As soon as I lay down, they marked the line and connected the IV. Then they disinfected the surgical area, and the teacher said the medication was going in now. After about 3-5 minutes? suddenly, whatever they were doing hurt so much that I think I shouted several times that it hurt. After that, my memory is... A few hours later, I opened my eyes in the operating room, and with the nurse, I slowly walked to the recovery room. I was shaking like crazy, so they covered me with two blankets and put a machine that blows warm air inside the blankets. Then I lay there for about 30 minutes to 1 hour and was discharged!! Because it was general anesthesia, my throat hurt so, so much because of the tracheal intubation. The surgical area was.. maybe because people around me scared me so much, it hurt less than I expected, so I thought it was both surprising and a relief!! I changed clothes by myself, went to the bathroom fine, and lying down, sitting up, and standing up were a little hard, but it was okay. Aside from my chest feeling slightly tight and heavy and my digestion not being very good, I think things are passing smoothly~!!ㅎ I’ll leave another review soon*^^*
