This was one of the clinics I visited to look into upper eyelid surgery for my parents. I had a reservation, but there was a wait of about 30 to 40 minutes. I had consultations in the order of manager - director - manager. They were kind, but... For the amount of time I had already waited, I felt the director's consultation was far too short, which was disappointing.
