Consultation manager -> doctor -> consultation manager. The consultation waiting time was delayed by 30 minutes, probably because the surgery schedule was delayed. The consultation room lighting was dim, and I wondered if they could even see well.. The consultation manager didn’t seem very professional, just showed before-and-after photos.. and only talked about the cost; the doctor just looked at my face and said it would go well. But maybe because it is a well-known hospital, I was surprised by how many people were waiting. The pressure to book was not too bad, and there was no consultation fee!
