The consultation manager handled it. They just took one quick look and, as expected, it was the same old script as at other clinics... fat grafting is absolutely essential, and so on. The lighting in the consultation room was dim, so they probably could not see things properly, but once you talk to the consultation manager everywhere, they all say roughly the same things, so I passed. The director came in for about 1 or 2 minutes, looked, repeated the same thing, and I did not really want to go ahead with it, so I just left.
