I went because they’re said to be famous for lower eyelid fat repositioning. The manager explained things calmly and kindly. The doctor felt like he was just repeating almost exactly what the manager had said.. I didn’t get the feeling that it was anything special. He said that to cover the red dark circles, I’d need fat grafting.
