I went in already having decided on an implant, but the coordinator kept pushing me to use BellaGel or Motiva, saying they had a lot left. Since I had another appointment and was busy, they kept repeating the same things and even bad-mouthed the implant I wanted by saying I’d get capsular contracture and rippling. They were acting like they were the doctor. I went in 5 times that day, and the coordinator helpfully warned me about side effects and recommended the expensive implant, but if it’s so good, they can just get it themselves.
