The atmosphere was more formal than I expected. I liked that they explained things in a way that was easy to understand while still using medical terminology. Thanks to that, I learned things I did not know before, and it became easier to figure out exactly what surgery I needed. If I were to have surgery at Wooain, I think it would turn out pretty.
