Because my midface looked long, I was debating between two-jaw surgery and nose surgery. I ended up getting the nose surgery I had always wanted to do, even just a little, and this turned out to be the right answer. The reason was that I had an arrow-shaped nose. After the CT scan, the director explained in detail what kind of nose I had and what materials and surgical method would be needed to improve it. Seeing that made him feel trustworthy, and I could tell he was truly serious about noses, so I ended up having surgery. I’m satisfied because I met an excellent director, got the natural nose shape I wanted, and gained a better impression.
