When I had my nose consultation, they recommended osteotomy, silicone, costal cartilage, and mesh. I... wanted to use autologous cartilage, well, there was nothing I could do about it, so I just had the consultation and left. On the day of the consultation, I also saw someone who had already had surgery waiting there, and my impression was that this place... is probably not the right one for nose surgery?
