I preferred a hospital with a single director, so I went ahead with the surgery, but when I asked because the exact point where they would shave down the dorsal hump wasn't pointed out, they said it seemed unnecessary to shave it. Then on the day of surgery, the consultation changed to shaving it down, so I was taken aback. The line was neatly refined, but as the tip of my nose got higher, my original nostrils ended up looking a bit droopy, so I'm considering having the tip lowered a little and maybe getting alar rim reduction elsewhere while I'm at it.. You really do make pretty, natural-looking lines well. I think I should have thought more deeply about rhinoplasty before going to the consultation.
