At another clinic, when I consulted about cheekbone surgery, they told me I should keep in mind that the area around the cheekbones, or maybe the side facial area? And maybe because they didn't cut the bone like at other places, the cheekbones look a bit more prominent now than they did right after surgery. Still, compared with old photos, it's clearly different, and even taking the nerve damage into account, I'm satisfied with the surgical result itself, so I've never regretted having the surgery.
