I had front and lateral canthoplasty with epicanthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, and the director carefully checked everything and woke me up throughout the surgery to confirm the shape and style! But when they removed the stitches, it hurt so much that I kept tearing up.. The hospital building itself is huge and grand because it's a large hospital. The front canthoplasty really opened well, and even if the lateral/lower canthoplasty starts to stick again, it's still okay, so I'm satisfied.
