I made a reservation by phone on the same day, and even though my appointment time was uncertain, they kindly arranged it and were very considerate. The consultation went in the order of manager - doctor - manager, and the doctor answered all my questions and spent a lot more time with me than other places. Overall, the atmosphere and kindness were both good.
