For Those Thinking About Surgery Only on the Nasal Tip!!!

For the first photo, I found one online that looked similar to my nose. The photo below is my current photo after getting filler only on the nasal bridge.

I think it’s been about 6-7 years since I had nasal tip surgery. I did have a dorsal hump, but I had some height in my nasal bridge, so I thought it would be enough to just raise the nasal tip to match it. I raised only the nasal tip with ear cartilage, and at first, there was swelling and the nasal tip was lifted a lot, so the hump didn’t show and I liked the nose, but as time passed.... it collapses ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ In the end, now that 6-7 years have passed, my nose is no different from before surgery.. The hump stressed me out so much that I recently got filler only in the nasal bridge, but somehow, the closer it gets to the nasal tip, the more pressed-down my nose looks. In the end, I decided on revision surgery. I’m planning to quit my job in March, so at the end of March I’m having full nose surgery starting from the nasal bridge. I’m thinking of going for a semi-straight line, and I hope it turns out wellㅠㅠ Everyone, if you’re planning to do only the nasal tip, absolutely don’t do it. Either don’t do it, or do the whole nose from the start. Since this is also a nose that has already been touched once, if I have surgery again, it counts as revision surgery.. If you only do the nasal tip, it will 100% all collapse ...ㅠㅠ

I’m trying to get a semi-straight shape like the photo at the very bottom, but these days a scooped, upturned nose is trendy, so a lot of people recommend thatㅠㅠ  Would a semi-straight nose shape be okay?
