Rather than being swayed by a clinic that tells you what you want to hear and then ends up ruining things and making you regret it, I trusted the director here more because they recommended only the areas that actually seemed necessary. Some people say they’re not very friendly, but I wanted someone skilled more than someone just friendly, so that didn’t matter to me, and on the day I went, the manager wasn’t there, so I only met the director and got a simple explanation from the manager by phone at a time that was convenient for me.
