Nostril Reduction and Thread Lifting Review

Before<Before>After<After>Before<Before>After<After>I had it done on April 9, and I got the stitches removed today. I think it came out about as I expected. It is not too excessive, but it is not like there is no effect either; it turned out just right haha. I was debating and researching non-incisional, internal, external, and semi-external methods. People said non-incisional does not have much effect, the threads break easily, and it goes back quickly, and there were many posts saying people got stressed because of scars with the external method. With semi-external too, some people are left with scars depending on the person. So I decided not to reduce it aggressively, to let go of some greed, and just reduce the nostril size and the spreading when I smile, so I did the internal method. At one week, maybe I had already gotten used to it, so I wondered, “Did it really get smaller?” but looking at the photos, it did get smaller lol. You may not be able to tell from the photos, but in real life my nose looks a bit more defined. But as you can see in the photos, I originally had a bit of a rounded nasal tip area, and now the nasal tip area looks a little more prominent. If you want a slim, delicate line, I think it would be good to do the nasal tip too. I have rhinitis, nasal congestion, and a sensitive nose, and my nose is crooked too, so I ruled out putting in implants or having surgery that opens the inside of the nose. I am satisfied with just this much lol. This is what I found after doing online research for over 6 months: people who want nostril reduction need to know the condition of their own nose well to choose the reduction procedure that suits them. Since tissue is cut out, restoration is difficult, so I think you need to choose carefully between scarring and effect. Especially if your nostrils are small and your alar base/nostril wings are thick, nasal tip surgery may be more effective than reduction. If your nostrils are small and your skin is thick, it seems hard to get a big effect with the internal method, and then the external method becomes the answer, but external scarring varies by person... so I think you should think carefully before choosing~~ I also had thread lifting, and right after it was done the effect was really obvious~ I had lifting with cog threads four times before, but the effect was minimal. This time they said they would use Mint threads and several things together, but I do not know the details well. They said they would tailor it to my face. I have not had bone surgery, but as I get older my cheeks keep sagging and my face becomes peanut-shaped. The area around my mouth was sagging too, and it was so stressful that I had even been looking into a facelift, but it is a major surgery and not something to do twice, so I thought I would do that later and got thread lifting for now. This time I am satisfied. The only thing is, for lifting, the price is a bit highㅠ I just hope the maintenance period lasts a long time. I guess I adapt quickly. On the first day I was like, “Oh~~~,” but after a week I started wondering, “Did it go up a lot?” I wish it had gone up a little more. Greed, right lol. The director said that if it is pulled too much, facial expressions can look strange, so it is better to do it moderately~ But when I took photos, it was definitely completely different from before lol. I feel satisfied that I get a V-line even without using a filter haha. Even if it is not a sharp and slim jawline, I like that it has no uneven contours~ I think with plastic surgery, rather than being too greedy, it is best to improve your own face as much as possible without overdoing it and without side effects. Because the me in photos is not all of me. I hope everyone has successful plastic surgery with no failures~~^^
