I had nostril reduction. It was done with both a suture method and incisions, and I remember it costing in the 2 million won range. It was the first hospital, so maybe I got taken in a bit, but I’m still satisfied because it looks natural. I had almost no swelling from the first day, and nobody could tell I had surgery. They just thought my nose naturally got prettier lol. I’m satisfied with the result, but since I’m planning nose surgery anyway, when I raise the bridge I also want to reduce the nostrils just a little more.
