It has been about 5 years since I had epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, and double eyelid surgery. When I first had the surgery, I thought the line was neat, but now there are some bumpy areas, and one line has developed a step-off, so there is also an angular part. The line itself droops, so it does not have a refined feel. Also, I wanted just a slight epicanthoplasty, but it was done more than expected, so some mucous membrane shows at the inner corner of my eye. It looks natural, but I don’t like the smoothness or shape of the line, so I’m planning revision surgery this time. The doctor is kind.
