I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery here about 15 years ago, but it came undone once in the middle, so I had buried-suture surgery one more time about 5 years ago. The biggest advantage of the buried-suture method is naturalness, but the downside is that you never know when it might come undone. I think the doctor’s biggest strength is that they operate in a natural-looking way. My eyes weren’t suitable for canthoplasty, so I only had double eyelid surgery, and that turned out to be the perfect choice..
