I had forehead reduction surgery 5 years ago. I've had a lot of plastic surgery, but the anesthesia here was really amazing. I didn't feel any strain at all. When the director was operating, it seemed like their hands were gentle, and I had zero swelling. The aftercare was also extremely good, but the consultation manager was a woman and she was a bit scary. Her voice was rough too and she seemed like she had a strong personality. The director is really kind and has a warm feeling I've also seen a lot of effect from the forehead reduction, and people often tell me my face got smaller. I'm satisfied.
