I only had my front chin and square jaw reduced, but I still feel like there's a bit of sagging. It feels like a double chin that's not quite a double chin. But when I look at old photos, I feel like, wow, I really changed a lot. I think it was probably the most dramatic surgery after my breast surgery haha
