The staff are all really, really kind and nice. The doctor was completely kind and good on the consultation day and the day of surgery, but for follow-up care I could really only see him for one minute or maybe not even that. I found out by text from the clinic that I had Bellagel, which was a problematic implant, and I think they do seem responsible, but I think that would be the same at any hospital.
