I liked that the director brought up the questions I had first. During the consultation, they explained things by giving exact reasons for what could and could not be done, without speaking vaguely, so I trusted the consultation. Still, they did seem quite busy. It might be better to make a precise list of questions before going. There was no pressure to make a reservation, and the manager was kind and helpful. Not a bad clinic.
