The consultation manager was extremely kind, and I got the sense that she was trying very hard to be kind. When consulting with the doctor, she stood beside us, recorded the conversation, and then organized everything again based on what the doctor said. During the consultation with the doctor, rather than giving an opinion on the patient’s individual face, he explained things from an overall contour perspective. He said that cutting a few mm is something patients often cannot really perceive, so he places more emphasis on that. I had high expectations because the surgery reviews were good too, but there were also parts where I was very disappointed.
