3 years ago, before COVID broke out, an acquaintance said their surgery with Motiva Ergonomix went well, so I went for a consultation. First, while waiting in a gown, they had me wait privately in a chair with a curtain. The staff member taking the chart was also very kind. The consultation with the director was very thorough, and they made it comfortable without making me feel embarrassed. The implant I wanted was more expensive than expected, so I couldn’t have the surgery, but the director was calm and kind, so I think the surgical result would have been good too.
