For my nose, I had the bridge (silicone), bulbous nose surgery (ear cartilage and septal cartilage at the tip), and alar reduction, and I also had a second round of fat grafting (forehead, chin, nasolabial folds). First of all, the director was kind and handled everything, including follow-ups, so well that I really liked it~ It was a trustworthy hospital! I’m really satisfied with my nose, and the fat grafting was done only to the exact amount needed to fit my face naturally!! It’s been almost 2 years now, and the fat is still holding up well! In fact, the silicone in my nose had been placed a little crooked, so I even had revision surgery. Even when I had the revision surgery, they gladly acknowledged it and scheduled the surgery right away, and on the day of the revision surgery, the director asked if it would be okay to also reduce the alar base instead of me bringing it up, I had already been thinking it would probably be necessary, so I agreed right away, and they did it for free. It felt like they were thinking about the shape of the patient’s pretty nose rather than money, which I really liked! They said the revision surgery wasn’t a very difficult procedure, so it was done quickly, and after the revision I’m satisfied!!!!
