I visited because I had an artificial cheek implant done at another hospital and felt discomfort, and I wanted to consult about removal and whether the surgery had gone wrong. Everyone was so kind, and the doctor is very conscientious. They absolutely do not say things like 'you must have surgery' or 'do this,' and only tell you what is actually necessary. They said it would be better not to remove it yet and to keep watching for now, so I did not have the removal surgery and am still observing it. If there is still a problem, I’m planning to come back and have the surgery here! The coordinator and the front desk staff are also extremely kind. The coordinator especially gives little everyday tips and useful advice.
