I remember the head director here saying that there seemed to be a blunt-looking part at the nasal tip, and that if the nasal tip shape were made a bit slimmer, the overall balance would look better. Other people didn't notice it, but it was the decisive reason I was looking into revision rhinoplasty, and only this director caught it. I had heard that they perform surgery well in shapes that fit the facial structure, and after getting a consultation, I could tell right away. They identified the fundamental asymmetry of my face first and revised the materials and shape, so I felt it was good that I came here for a revision rhinoplasty consultation.
