After my rhinoplasty, my nasal tip came down again, so I went for a revision rhinoplasty consultation, and I liked that they empathized with what I was unhappy about with my nose. I think we made a detailed surgical plan while discussing the parts that were unsatisfactory from the director’s perspective and the things I wanted to have revised from my perspective. There wasn’t an atmosphere of recommending more than necessary, so it could be done in as safe an environment as possible, and they explained well what materials should be used, how they should be used, and why using those materials would be good, so I think it was a meaningful time.
