Went for a consultation because of revision rhinoplasty They consulted professionally and well based on the CT scan results For the material, probably because of the maintenance period of autologous costal cartilage, they recommended autologous costal cartilage over donated rib cartilage The cost is also not on the cheap side However, looking at the reviews, there are many typically glamorous noses, so I think people who pursue a slightly more natural look may have mixed preferences
