She’s bursting with confidence. So for people who are worried that the surgery might go wrong, I think they could gain some peace of mind(?). But on the other hand, people who find that super-confident attitude untrustworthy would probably think this is a hospital they can’t trust. I was nervous, so I felt better after the consultation, but when I got home and thought about it again, I started feeling like the director was a bit hard to trust, so I’m debating it
