I had surgery because my natural nose was not very good, and at first I was satisfied because they didn’t get too greedy with the surgery.. But later, the fact that they didn’t really mention possible side effects made me lose trust. It felt like they were acting as if everything I said was right, so it was a bit like they were blocking my questions.. The manager was very kind.
