I had 20 minutes with the doctor and 10 minutes with the manager. They gave me a detailed consultation about how the surgery would be done, and emphasized that if I had the surgery, they would not do too much. When I asked about side effects, they confidently said none of their patients had ever experienced any side effects. I feel like half the consultation was hearing that story.
