It's my 4th year now From what I remember, I think there was swelling even up to 2 years. At the time, I thought it had all gone down, but now it feels different again. I think now is the completed state. I also tend to swell easily, and I ate in a way that would inevitably make me swell, so I guess that's why. I have scar tissue from the epicanthoplasty, so it's not perfectly clean, but it's decent in its own way, and my image changed a lot and I gained confidence, so I could say I'm living a second life. I think the best thing about getting cosmetic surgery is gaining confidence.
