Someone previously told me what to prepare, so I bought this.. They sell the juice at supermarkets too, and also sell it as a concentrate.. So I thought I’d just buy a small one for convenience and bought it without thinking much. But this really helped me, so I wanted to let you know.. When I was struggling after surgery because of coughing and throat pain, if I put the concentrate in my mouth little by little instead of all at once and swallowed it, it stayed in my throat a bit as it went down. This helped me. It doesn’t have to be this brand, but try pear and balloon flower root concentrate once. It eases coughing and throat pain. I hope everyone stops hurting soon. For reference, I’m..... on day 9 after nose.. breast.. and four facial contouring procedures... I’m waiting to leave a review when it’s been a month and everything has gone well. Fighting, everyone.
