The cost of reconstructing the inner corner was the highest among the clinics I consulted, 2.5 million won plus 10% VAT, so 2.75 million won, but it's a fixed price, which was nice because it doesn't vary by person. The order is photo shoot - doctor consultation - manager consultation. As mentioned in the review below, if the patient asks questions, they answer kindly, but they don't start talking on their own, so the doctor's consultation time seems to depend on how much you ask. They have you hold up a mirror and they shape it with their hands to show how much it will change. I narrowed my reconstruction options down to just three clinics, and the scar pattern is different at each one. I was drawn to this place because it seemed to leave the least scarring. The scar here is a single circular mark a bit below the inner corner of the eye. (This is definitely not a scar-free surgery) They said they do scar laser treatment 6 months after surgery, and before that it's up to the patient to manage it. There are only a few clinics that do inner-corner reconstruction, and the methods seem varied too. I think you need to choose carefully based on whether you want the inner corner sharp or rounded, how much you want to close it, and what kind of scar will be left. There is no consultation fee for the first visit.
