I had rhinoplasty two years ago because of my hump nose. I said I didn’t want silicone, so they only shaved down the hump and did the tip with septal cartilage. There was no inflammation and recovery was fast. I was able to have surgery with peace of mind because they consulted well. The only thing I’m a little sorry about now is that the tip of my nose looks a bit raised, so I wish it were just a little lower. Still, the surgery was a success.
