I went in for a double eyelid consultation, and the quote for forehead lift + canthoplasty + double eyelid surgery was enormous. My eyes are the kind that probably need a forehead lift, but they do seem to recommend forehead lifts by default. They take photos and do the consultation really well. But I don't know if this is a hospital with enough reputation to justify getting a forehead lift here.
