I got a consultation for a hump nose surgery, and I think the advantage of doing it through the inside of the nostrils is that it leaves no scar under the nose. Instead, they said septal cartilage could not be used, so only ear cartilage would be used. I remember the card price was 300 and cash was 290. The consultation managers were extremely kind and responded very well.
