I went for a consultation because I was concerned about my hump nose. There were more people than I expected, so even though I had made a reservation, I waited a bit. The consultant seemed fresh and new, but she was kind. They took photos from various angles and consulted based on those photos. (There was no CT or anything like that.) The consultation with the director covered content similar to what someone who had already looked up rhinoplasty beforehand would know, so it felt like I was hearing things I already knew to some extent.
