I had to wait 2 hours just for surgery, and then got the procedure done. I had the surgery as the last slot, and the director was kind, and the staff in anesthesia were also very kind. But the other staff were a bit meh, not exactly rude, just not great. Even when I was leaving, I was waiting in the lobby to see whether I could go, and since there was no one around I had to go look for someone; I’m satisfied with the double chin and deep cheek fat liposuction. But maybe because it was the last slot, they didn’t properly explain the aftercare, so I asked again by text. Then the director called me and explained it again!
